Are your streamers and confetti flame proof?
Yes, although it is not recommended to use around an open flame. Our streamers and confetti will not sustain a flame on their own.
Can the launchers be reloaded?
No, the launchers are one-time use.
How far will the launchers shoot?
The distance the launchers will shoot depends on the load and the size of the launcher. Typically a streamer load in a 60 cm launcher will fire over 30 ft. The small confetti in a mixed load will travel less distance. The larger the launcher, the larger the effect.
Will the confetti or streamers stain?
The confetti and streamers are colorfast, the color will not bleed onto other materials.
How messy are they?
The confetti sweeps up easy but can be difficult to sweep up on some carpets. Streamer only loads are easy to clean up, in fact, if there are children at your event they will usually do it for you.
Can you ship handheld launchers Next Day Air?
No, the launchers contain compressed air and can only be shipped via ground shipping.

What is your return policy?
Unopened confetti bricks and streamer packages and un-fired, un-opened launchers may be returned within 30 days of sale for a complete refund (minus shipping charges). Contact us at service@confettistreamers.com to arrange returns.
